Homemade Facemask for glowly skin

Updated: Mar 26, 2021

I couldnt think of a more perfect time to pamper ourselves with a homemade facemask. I mean skincare facemasks. When i told my bf i was going to make some homemade facemasks, his response was that '' thats great Chloe, but im sure the HSE are not recommending people make them themselves''?

This facemask is to add a natural radiant glow to the skin.

If your worried that you might break out, make sure to patch test first, especially if you have sensitive skin. What works for me might not work for you but I have tried this mask and i love it. Your skin feels super soft and fresh afterwards.

Avacado + bannan + honey face mask

-Avacado-
  • Moisturising.

  • Oleic oil which has anti ageing properties.

  • Fattyacids and vitamins.

  • The carotenoids in avocado are high in vitamin A, a skin-healing vitamin and a well-known antioxidant.

- Honey-
  • Healing.

  • Maintaining healthy skin.

  • Soothing and hydrating.

  • Radiant glow.

- Banana -
  • Moisturize the skin.

  • Contains enzymes that helps to exfoliate.

  • Vitamin A helps to restore moisture and repairs dry skin.

  • Anti-inflammatory properties which reduce the appearance and redness.

Ingredients

1/4 of a bannan

1 teaspoon of honey

1 teaspoon of avacado

Method

Leave on the skin for 10/15 minuites

If you want - pop it in the fridge to make it super cooling,

If you feel any tingling do take it off.

The great news is you can also use it as a hair mask.

I hope you enjoyed this facemask for all skin types.
